Picnic Sites
All sites are dirt based with picnic tables, barbecues, and water. East Garrison has asphalt & dirt.
Hill Site:
12 tables, BBQ, 35-100 people $82.50
This is a very shaded site, located on the backside of Ayala Cove, on the hill to the left of the Visitors Center. There is an incline leading up to the site, but the site itself is flat.
Catering minimum for this site is 40 people.
Draw Site
15 tables, BBQ, 35-200 people $118.50
This site is located below Hillsite, in a grove of Eucalyptus trees. This site is flat with the volleyball court adjacent to it (which is a shared court). This site has a partial harbor view.
Catering minimum for this site is 70 people
Platform Site
24 tables, BBQ, 100-200 people $157.50
This site is located near the front right of Ayala Cove, overlooking the harbor. There is a slight incline into the site, but the site itself is relatively flat. This site is partially shaded.
Catering minimum for this site is 120 people.
East Garrison
20 tables, BBQ, 200-1000 people $232.50
Large group space available. This site is located on the opposite side of the island, facing part of San Francisco and the Oakland/Bay Bridge. This site is flat, and has access to a large game field, softball field, sand pit volleyball court, and Quarry Beach. Special tram and or ferry transportation need to be arranged for this site only. Please contact 415-897-0715 x 5 for transportation. This site has limited shade.
Catering minimum for this site is 200 people.
Camp Reynolds

This site is located on the western shore of the island at historic Camp Reynolds. Sweeping views of the San Francisco Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge make a unique event venue. Approximate 20 minute walk from ferry dock. Tram transportation can be arranged for an additional fee.

There is a large first-come, first-serve area with tables and barbecues located in the grassy area surrounding Ayala Cove, a short walk from the ferry dock.
